The 48 teams from 16 European countries!! This is the Raddatz Immobilien Cup in the small German city of Heessel, where the most famous clubs of the planet and amateur clubs compete for prestigious trophies on the delightful grass fields. Each team is guaranteed to play 14 matches in the tournament, which means that any team will have to play with famous football clubs!
The Raddatz Immobilien Cup football tournament was held in 2005 for the first time. Every year all the colors of football clubs from more than 20 European countries come to the small town of Heessel. Among the participants are teams such as Manchester City, Benfica Lissabon, Inter, Schalke 04, Fenerbahce FC that compete with great pleasure on the beautiful fields.
Regulations
Groups consist of 6 teams. 2 best teams go to the golden final, 3-4 place - in the silver final, 5-6 place - in bronze. Further, all teams play in their final rounds in groups of 4 teams. After that, the teams play knock out matches depending on the occupied places in the group. All teams will play at least 14 games in the tournament.
Trophies for winners of Gold round, Silver round and Bronze round. The medals for each player.
The price includes:
- Water to participants
- The transfers from airports and railway stations
- Free entrance to the stadium
The cost is specified with full board per person for the specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 45 days before the tournament starts.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals in the following order:
- 50 % are transferred no later than - 90 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 30 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- 45 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- 20 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Hannover airport is 0 per person one way.
The approximately cost of all transfers from the residence to the competition venue is 34 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
You may not choose your own accommodation
The team must order a minimum of 22 accommodation packages. For each non-ordered place a penalty is charged - €60. An initial deposit of €300 is returned after the award ceremony. Among the attractions in the city and suburbs you can highlight - Herrenhäuser Gärten in Hannover, Castle Celle, made in the Renaissance and Baroque style, French Garden Park, Bomman Museum.
