We invite European clubs to participate in the international Platres Youth Football Festival. The sports center hosting the competition is located in the village of Platres in the Troodos Mountains, at an altitude of 1100 meters. Long summer days and a warm climate make our region ideal for a sporting event!
The Platres Football Cup is held annually on several weekends during the summer. The first Platres Cup took place in 2013 and since then our tournament has been considered one of the best competitions on the island, and our goal is to make it as international as possible.
Regulations
All teams have the opportunity to compete in different age categories depending on their strength: Eagles, Lions or Tigers. After applying, you can inform the organizer in which level of the competition you want to take part. All teams advance to the playoffs.
At the end of the tournament, all children are awarded with medals for participation. Еhe top two teams will receive cups and medals, while those who reach the semi-finals will be awarded with special prizes. A photo will be taken for each team.
The price includes:
- Water to participants
- Official T-shirt
- Transfer to the sport center
- Free accommodation for 1 coach
- The transfers from airports and railway stations
- Souvenir
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for the specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 30 days before the tournament starts.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals in the following order:
- 10 % are transferred no later than - 7 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 30 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- 30 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- on the date tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Arrival on the first day of the tournament is not possible
