The Madrid International Cup tournament is held since 2021. Our competitions can be distinguished from others, and our company has a very large and long experience in the industry of organizing competitions and professionals work for us.
Regulations
The first and second, sometimes third place in each group will play in a play-off phase to determine the winner. 3rd and 4th places in the group will continue the competition in the consolation competition.
Participation medals will be awarded to all players. There are trophies for winners of the main competition and the champion of the consolation cup. Common photo and brochure for participants.
The price includes:

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 30 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 20% are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 30% are transferred no later than - 60 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 45 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 80% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 7 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The organizer provides a full transfer service during the tournament. The approximately cost of a full transfer service during the tournament is 60 per person.

The price includes :

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The organizer charges an additional Participant's Fee for each participant of the team that chooses Own accommodation.
