What could be better than a spring football competition on the coast of Tuscany, in beautiful Viareggio? Trofeo Città di Viareggio is a great opportunity to spend a few days at the sea, where there is a mild microclimate, clean mountain air and vibrant nightlife! And you will definitely get the experience of playing with opponents from different countries of Europe, and you will also have free time to visit the amazingly beautiful cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, located a few kilometers away.
In 2022, it was already 16 years since the founding of the football tournament Trofeo Città di Viareggio. Over the years, we have expanded the geography and the number of participants, and more and more sports centers have provided their fields on the coast. Including the sports complex Marco Polo, owned by the famous coach of the Italian national team - Marcello Lippi.
Regulations
Initially, the tournament formula provides for group games, after which the best 2 places advance to the final stage. The remaining participants will play matches for the final determination of places.
All players in the competition will receive medals. In addition, each team will receive a commemorative plaque of participation. All junior participants in age categories up to B11 will be awarded with cups. In the older age categories, trophies are awarded only to the first 4 places.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 25 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 1 500 are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 25 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 60% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 5 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
The nearest airports to the venue: Pisa airport, Firenze airport.
The organizer provides a full transfer service during the tournament. The approximately cost of a full transfer service during the tournament is 90 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Arrival on the first day of the tournament is not possible

You have to see - Villa Bourbon - now it's an art museum! There are many amusement parks around Viareggio where you will surely have fun and enjoy yourself. And if you appreciate ancient architecture and monuments, then go to Lucca and Pisa, the historical centers of these cities will make you feel the atmosphere of filming old movies.
