Laola Cup
Discover one of the most exciting and grand soccer competitions in Germany - the Laola Cup! Featuring top-quality fields, competitors from over 20 countries, gifts for all participating teams, numerous accommodations within walking distance, and a large swimming pool next to the Hamburger SV sports complex.
Over 200 participants gather here every year to have an amazing time. The Hamburger SV soccer center is located in the suburbs of Hamburg and has 11 fields, all dedicated to the Laola Cup. Click the Reserve button to apply for the tournament and get more detailed information.
Regulations
In the group stage, the top 2 teams from each group with the best results advance to the Playoffs. The matches are played on a knockout basis. If a match in the final stage is tied after regular playing time, a penalty shootout will determine the winner. In the younger age category, 1 player who is a year older is allowed to participate. In other categories, up to 2 such players are allowed.
On the last day of the tournament, an awards ceremony awaits all the guests. All players in the tournament receive small cups or medals. The top three teams are awarded large team trophies.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 17 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 10% are transferred no later than - 14 days after registration.
- 15% are transferred no later than - 90 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 17 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 89 days before the tournament starts - 40% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 60% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 90% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Hamburg airport is 10 per person one way.
The approximate cost of all transfers from accommodation to the competition venues is 45 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
You may not choose your own accommodation
There are many game attractions on the grounds, from inflatable castles to goal accuracy challenges. Additionally, there is a swimming pool and places to eat nearby. In the center of Hamburg, you can enjoy stadium tours at HSV or St. Pauli. We recommend taking a boat ride in the port of Hamburg and exploring the Speicherstadt area. Must-sees include the Old Elbe Tunnel and the Miniature Wonderland.
