Regulations
The tournament begins with a preliminary group stage consisting of 12 groups. The winner of each group advances to the next stage, while the remaining participants will play in consolation matches.
All participating teams will be awarded trophies! Additionally, we will personally recognize the best players of the tournament in all categories: goalkeeper, field player, and scorer.
The price includes:
- Water to participants
- Free accommodation for 1 coach
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 30 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 500 are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 30 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 40 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 80% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 14 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Torino airport is 25 per person one way.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Milano Malpensa airport is 40 per person one way.
The approximate cost of all transfers from accommodation to the competition venues is 66 per person.

The registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Arrival on the first day of the tournament is not possible

We aim to offer an engaging program during your free time. Enjoy excursions in Turin, visits to the stadium and the Torino FC trophy collection, the Superga Basilica, and the Royal Palace. Turin boasts many fascinating attractions: the Egyptian Museum, the Cinema Museum housed in the iconic Mole Antonelliana—where you can take an elevator to the top for stunning views of the city. We highly recommend visiting one of Italy’s largest and most beautiful parks, Parco del Valentino.
