The Ateitis CUP is one of the most recognized youth soccer tournaments in Europe, held every year in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. This prestigious event draws more than 7,000 young athletes annually from over twenty countries, representing soccer academies, school teams, and junior squads. Known for its competitive level of play and smooth organization, the tournament promotes fair play, cultural exchange, and youth development across the continent.
First launched in 2009, the Ateitis CUP began as a regional competition and quickly grew into a key fixture on the Northern European soccer calendar. Its consistent growth and professional coordination have earned it strong international recognition and a loyal global following.
According to official rules, the tournament is divided into two main stages: a group phase and a playoff round. Initially, teams are placed into groups of four to seven and play each opponent once. All squads move on to the playoffs. If a match ends in a draw, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout — five kicks for older age groups, three for younger ones.
Champions receive trophies, medals, and commemorative awards. Outstanding players — including the tournament MVP and top scorer — are honored with individual accolades.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 36 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 50% are transferred no later than - 28 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 7 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 28 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 7 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The organizer offers a comprehensive transportation service throughout the event. TThe approximate cost of full transfer service at the tournament will be 20 € per person.
