IberCup is one of the most prestigious and well-known youth soccer tournaments in the world. We’re excited to present the winter edition — IberCup Christmas Edition in Portugal — where clubs from around the globe compete in the vibrant atmosphere of an international event. Participants can enjoy a mild winter climate, the scenic Atlantic coastline, and the invaluable opportunity to face top academies from Europe and beyond.
In 2024, the tournament celebrated its third edition. IberCup Christmas has earned a strong reputation for attracting elite clubs from Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Australia, and many other countries.
The competition begins with a group stage, where squads are divided into groups of four or five. The top two teams from each group advance to the Gold playoffs, while the third- and fourth-place finishers move to the Silver playoffs. The remaining participants conclude their run. The final rounds are played in a knockout format, and if the match ends in a tie, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout.
Every player receives a diploma and a medal, while the best players in each age category are recognized with individual awards. Trophies are awarded to the top squads in both team and individual categories.
The price includes:

- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
- Accommodation with full board
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 90 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 70% are transferred no later than - 90 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 45 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 90 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 45 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
The nearest airports to the venue: Lisboa Humberto Delgado airport.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Lisbon airport is 25 € per person one way.
