The team must pay for accommodation and meals in the following order:
- 100% are paid on the day of arrival.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- on the date tournament starts - 0% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Vnukovo Airport is 3 per person one way.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Moscow's Railway Station is 3 per person one way.
