The cost is specified with full board per person for the specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 80 days before the tournament starts.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals in the following order:
- 50 % are transferred no later than - 90 days before the tournament.
- 80 % are transferred no later than - 60 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 45 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- 90 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- 45 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Lisbon Portela Airport is 25 per person one way.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Porto airport is 80 per person one way.

Opłata rejestracyjna nie podlega zwrotowi bez względu na przyczynę odwołania udziału.
Organizator pobiera dodatkową opłatę Participant's Fee od każdego członka drużyny, który wybiera Zakwaterowanie własne.
