On the banks of the Vrbas River in Banja Luka, famous for its breathtaking valley and lush greenery - will host the Banja Luka Youth Winter Cup. This prestigious futsal competition has become a cherished tradition for young football players. Clubs from Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Serbia, North Macedonia, and, of course, Bosnia and Herzegovina will gather for this exciting international competition. This tournament was held in 2021 for the first time and was very successful, attracting a large number of participants and receiving positive feedback from the teams.
Regulations
The first two places from each group advance to the finals. If the number of teams receiving a ticket to the finals is odd, a few third places can also qualify for the finals.
Cups and medals will be awarded for 1st to 4th place, along with a "Dream Team" award in each category.

The price includes:
- Free accommodation for 1 coach
- Free entrance to the stadium
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 25 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 30% are transferred no later than - 25 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 12 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 180 days before the tournament starts - 20% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 21 days before the tournament starts - 40% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 7 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The organizer provides a full transfer service during the tournament. The approximately cost of a full transfer service during the tournament is 30 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
