Discover Budapest, its stunning architecture, and captivating history through the Memorial Bánás József international football tournament, featuring many renowned academies from Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania, and other countries.
József Bánás was a very famous Hungarian player and coach who played for Vasas SC, Ferencvárosi TC and AC Milan. Between 1930 and 1938, he led the Italian National Team and AC Milan, which under József reached the third and fourth place in Serie A, which for a club of that time was on a par with winning. The tournament was first held in 2025.
Regulations
The games start in the group round. Then one or two first places go through to the final stage, while other rivals continue competing to determine their final rankings.
The Memorial’s winners will be awarded trophies, medals, and certificates. All other participants will receive commemorative diplomas. Additionally, special prizes are prepared for standout footballers and coaches in each age category.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 14 days before the start of the tournament.
