Sardinia Futbol Sala Cup
The Sardinia Futbol Sala Cup is an indoor football sporting event taking place in Cagliari. Our task is to make this sports discipline popular among football players from different countries. We expect the participation of the best sports clubs and thousands of athletes from all over Italy and Europe. Cagliari is a distinctive city that is in no hurry to possess with modern technologies and only benefits from this, attracting millions of tourists every year, including celebrities. It is a cozy sunny island with its own traditions and culture.
The tournament was first held in 2021. Cagliari is the capital of the County of Sardinia and is located in the south of the island, in the center of the Mediterranean Sea. Our region enjoys typical Mediterranean weather when it is hot in summer and very comfortable in winter. The style of architecture, traditions, cuisine of Sardinia have developed largely due to the long Spanish domination.
Regulations
Teams are pre-divided into groups of 4 teams. The top two teams from the group get to the play off, while the rest play in a consolation competition. Here the games are based on elimination rules. Throw-in are performed with hands, 9 cumulative fouls, after free kicks are assigned. The goalkeeper can to play outside of the penalty area. He can't throw the ball with the hands to the opponenent side
The top scorer, as the best player and the best goalkeeper at every age category will be awarded with individual prizes. The finalists and third place of the competition are awarded with cups and medals.
The price includes:

- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 225 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 30% are transferred no later than - 85 days before the tournament.
- 60% are transferred no later than - 55 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 25 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 55 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Arrival on the first day of the tournament is not possible
Both children and adults will enjoy walking in the medieval city, which is surrounded by walls and sits on a hill. Here you can get acquainted with the Cathedral of St. Mary, there are many palaces and museums! To climb the hill, you need to cross the Bastion of Saint-Remy, which connects the old city with its lower part. In Cagliari you can eat very tasty and have fun.
