Would you like not only to take part in the tournament, but also to become spectators of an unique Italian event? Then you just need to visit Viareggio in February and our football tournament Carnival Cup! Here the whole month the atmosphere of show and fun reigns in the city with a parade of papier-mâché giant puppets and installations. Viareggio organizes night parties, fireworks, balls, theatrical performances and tastings of local wines and cuisine!
The Carnival Cup tournament in 2021 was held for the 12th time. For such a long history, amateur and professional teams from Italy, France, Malta, Algeria, Switzerland, Japan and other countries came to us. Our guests appreciate the excellent program and comfortable hotels on the sea in Viareggio and Versilia, which we select for them.
Regulations
The tournament starts from the group stage, where all teams compete with each other and then the Play Off stage begins, where the first 2 places from each group are qualified. The remaining teams will participate in matches for the distribution of final places.
All participants will be awarded with medals. Trophies will be awarded to the top 4 teams at each age in the old age groups, and all participating teams starting from B12 and younger will receive trophies.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 25 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 1 500 are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 25 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 60% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 5 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
The nearest airports to the venue: Pisa airport, Firenze airport.
The organizer provides a full transfer service during the tournament. The approximately cost of a full transfer service during the tournament is 30 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
You may not choose your own accommodation
The tournament program includes tickets to the carnival. This is a significant event for the whole of Italy, so the city is filled with tourists from all over Europe! It's definitely cool here! If you decide to stay in Viareggio, we recommend that you see our sights the Villa of the Bourbons, marble quarries, or you can go to Lucca, Pisa or Florence.
