Welcome to the Junior Football Tournament in Viareggio - the city of entertainment, carnival and major youth competitions! Trofeo Perla Del Tirreno is held off the coast of Tuscany in a superb sports centre - Marco Polo Sports Centre on the latest generation of pitches. Relax in one of Italy's most popular tourist resorts, enjoying our cuisine, sea, sun, football and the proximity of the most beautiful cities: Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
By participating in the Trofeo Perla Del Tirreno you will test your football skills and playing combinations in the run-up to the championship. Feel free to reserve the tournament - we will write to you as soon as we receive your application!
Regulations
Firstly there is a group stage, after which the top 2 participants from the group qualify for the play-offs. The teams from the bottom places will play a few games to determine the final position in the tournament.
We will award cups and medals to the winners and second places in each category. A souvenir plaque will go to all participating teams.
The price includes:
- Water to participants
- Free accommodation for 1 coach
- Souvenir
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
- Player Injury Insurance
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 250 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 1 500 are transferred no later than - 7 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 25 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 60% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 5 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
The nearest airports to the venue: Pisa airport, Firenze airport.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Pisa airport is 20 per person one way.

The price includes :

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Arrival on the first day of the tournament is not possible
You may not choose your own accommodation
There are plenty of parks and places along the coast for walking and entertainment. In Viareggio you will see the villa of the royal Bourbon dynasty, the local fairy-tale park and enjoy the wide beaches! A few minutes by train and you're in Lucca or Pisa - where there are many monuments and museums. And we advise you to visit Florence - the pearl of Italian architecture!
