The international football tournament Revolution Cup takes place in the charming village of Arcos de Valdevez. Regular participants include prestigious clubs such as Benfica, Porto, Sporting, Braga, and Vitoria, along with renowned international academies like Celta de Vigo, Deportivo La Coruña, Servette, and Roma. Secure your spot among strong competitors for the hottest battles possible!
The first Revolution Cup was held in 2017 and has been held annually, with a brief pause during COVID. The competition's engaging structure has attracted many well-known football academies from countries including France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and beyond. We continue to make it an increasingly competitive event for young footballers worldwide.
Regulations
The opening day of the event features a preliminary group stage, where the top two places from each group advance to the next group round, the Revolution Cup, to face invited rivals, so-called WildCards. The top two from this stage move on to knockout rounds. The other squads compete in the Evolution Cup, which also leads to playoff matches.
Each team will be awarded a trophy and all players will receive medals.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 60 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 25% are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 65 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 180 days before the tournament starts - 25% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 65 days before the tournament starts - 75% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 20 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
