Since 2022, the LGSP Intercontinental Youth Cup has brought together strong and dynamic clubs from Europe and Asia in the beautiful city of Porto. Renowned clubs such as Wolverhampton Wanderers, Juventus, and Paris Saint-Germain, among many others, have taken part in this bright event.
The competiton is structured into groups of four or five teams, with each side playing all others in a round-robin format. The top two squads from each group move on to the quarter-finals to battle for the championship, while those placing third and fourth proceed to additional knockout matches to determine their final standings.
Every player will receive a participation medal, and individual excellence will be recognised with awards including Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, Top Scorer, and inclusion in the Tournament’s Ideal Seven. A Man of the Match will be named after each game.
