We invite you to take part in the Zares Cup Elite International football tournament, which will be held in the Portuguese cities of São João da Madeira and Aveiro. Reserve your spot today and don’t miss this unique opportunity to face top foreign academies from across Europe. The inaugural edition of the Zares Cup took place in 2025, and our event is designed to inspire young talents to develop their skills and abilities in an atmosphere of international intensity.
The competition begins with a group round, with matches played in a single round. The top two squads from each group, along with the best-performing third-placed side, will advance to the Elite Costs stage. All remaining opponents will proceed to the Galaxy Sub-Elite stage. Both phases are played in a knockout format.
We will honour exceptional footballers with individual awards: best outfield player, tournament top scorer, and best goalkeeper. The third-place team, the finalist, and the champion will receive cups. Participation medals and diplomas will be presented to every player. We will also recognise the most disciplined squad with the Fair Play award, and the most enthusiastic supporter with a special gift.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 20 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 50% are transferred no later than - 95 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 35 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 180 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 60 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

São João da Madeira is a small but vibrant Portuguese city known for its strong industrial heritage.
