In the recent past, the children's tournament was called Summer Cup Mangalia - one of the biggest tournaments on the coast of Romania! Since 2023, the competition venue has been moved to the cities of Ovidiu and Constanta, where the greatest Romanian footballer Gheorghe Hadji created one of the largest football academies.
Regulations
Teams will be divided into groups, from where each participant will qualify to the next stage, depending on the place taken. The first places from the groups will compete for the main trophy. The second - for places from 5 to 8. And so on.
The winning teams will receive medals, cups, diplomas and prizes from sponsors. Other participants of the competitions are awarded with diplomas of the participant and souvenirs.

The price includes:
- Water to participants
- Free accommodation for 1 coach
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for the specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 45 days before the tournament starts.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals in the following order:
- 30 % are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 14 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- 14 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
The nearest airports to the venue: Mihail Kogălniceanu Constanța airport.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Constanța airport is 15 per person one way.
The approximately cost of all transfers from the residence to the competition venue is 6 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The most popular place for walking in Constanta is the promenade! Here, tourists are attracted by an architectural masterpiece - a local casino built in the 19th century. There are two water parks in Constanta, where you and the guys will have a great free time!
