Welcome to another edition of the international youth soccer tournament — the Kartepe Kocaeli Cup — held in the ancient city of Kocaeli, now known as İzmit. Test your squad’s strength against top teams from the Middle East and visiting opponents from Europe!
Since its founding in 2018, the Kartepe Kocaeli Cup has consistently welcomed participants from a wide range of countries, including the UAE, Syria, Libya, Iran, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Egypt, Georgia, Romania, Lebanon, Germany, Moldova, and many more.
The competition begins with group-stage matches, after which all teams advance to the playoffs based on their standings. In the final stage, if a match ends in a draw, the winner is decided by a five-shot penalty shootout.
All four semifinalist squads in each age group will receive trophies, and every player will be awarded a commemorative medal.

İzmit (formerly Kocaeli), located along the Sea of Marmara, boasts a rich and ancient history. Once known as Nicomedia, it served as the Roman Empire’s capital and was home to Emperor Diocletian. Visitors can explore the İzmit Clock Tower, the Archaeology and Ethnography Museum, and the historic Seka Paper Museum. The city’s scenic waterfront promenades and nearby Kartepe — a favorite destination for winter sports — add to its appeal.
