Welcome to another edition of the international youth football tournament — Kartepe Kocaeli Cup — held in the ancient city of Kocaeli, now known as İzmit. Take on strong rivals from across the Middle East and visiting opponents from Europe!
Established in 2018, the Kartepe Kocaeli Cup regularly hosts participants from many nations, including the UAE, Syria, Libya, Iran, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Egypt, Georgia, Romania, Lebanon, Germany, Moldova, and many others.
The competition will be open by group matches, then all squads will advance to the playoffs based on their ranking. In the final stage, if a game ends in a draw, the winner is decided by a five-penalty shootout.
Trophies will be awarded to all four semi-finalists in each age category, while every player will receive a commemorative medal.
The price includes:
- Water to participants
- Transfer to the sport center
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
- Registration fee
- Accommodation with full board
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 10 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 30% are transferred no later than - 5 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 15 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 120 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Atatürk Istanbul Airport is 20 € per person one way.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Sabiha Gökçen Airport is 15 € per person one way.

İzmit, located on the Sea of Marmara, boasts a rich and ancient history. Once known as Nicomedia, it served as a Roman capital and was home to Emperor Diocletian. Visitors can explore the İzmit Clock Tower, the Archaeology and Ethnography Museum, and the historic Seka Paper Museum. The city’s coastline offers scenic promenades, while nearby Kartepe is a popular winter sports destination.
