Discover the Czech Republic and the picturesque city of Olomouc with our football tournament – the Olomouc Winter Cup! This event takes place in a city steeped in rich historical heritage and charming architecture. Prepare to face clubs from various European countries on high-quality pitches amidst the breathtaking atmosphere of a beautifully decorated, historic city.
The inaugural edition of our tournament was held in 2025, featuring participants from the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, and Slovakia. Hurry to submit your application—places are still available!
Regulations
Participants will first compete in the group stage, after which the competition splits into two final phases: the Championship Round, for squads finishing in the top 2 or 3 places in their groups, and the Gold Round, where all other teams will compete.
Every footballer will receive a commemorative medal, while the Championship Round winners will be awarded trophies. Additionally, in each age category, the top three players will be honoured with statuettes.

The price includes:
- Water to participants
- Free accommodation for 1 coach
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 14 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 30% are transferred no later than - 30 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 14 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 42 days before the tournament starts - 25% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 28 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 14 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
The nearest airports to the venue: Brno airport, Ostrawa airport.
The organizer provides a full transfer service during the tournament. The approximately cost of a full transfer service during the tournament is 30 € per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
You may not choose your own accommodation
