Salonica Soccer Cup

The international tournament Salonica Soccer Cup will be held in the suburbs of Thessaloniki with the participation of professional and amateur clubs from different countries. The football complex where the games are held has six natural fields! In case of serious deterioration in the weather conditions the games will be transferred to artificial stadiums.
Thessaloniki is the oldest city with hundreds of UNESCO World Heritage sites of the era of Byzantine domination and the Roman Empire.
Regulations
We can accept up to 16 teams in each age group in pools of 4-5 teams. The 1st team of each pool goes to the semifinal and all the other teams will compete for other places. No extra time in case of draw at the play off phase, but just penalty shoot out. No overage players are accepted.
The 3 first teams of each age group are awarded with cups and medals. All players are awarded with a diploma for participation.
The price includes:

- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 30 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 30% are transferred no later than - 30 days before the tournament.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 15 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 30% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 15 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Thessaloniki Makedonia Airport is 10 per person one way.
The approximately cost of all transfers from the residence to the competition venue is 25 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
