Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, is an open-air museum: every street and square is steeped in history. Strolling through the Boboli Gardens, visiting the Ponte Vecchio, and admiring the sunset over the Arno will create an unforgettable atmosphere. The city is home to masterpieces of world art, such as the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with its massive dome designed by Brunelleschi, and the Uffizi Gallery, where you can see works by Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo.
