Copa Maresme

Traditionally, a few dozen teams from various countries come to Copa Maresme. The tournament is held on Easter throughout the coast from Thordera to Barcelona. The competition is accompanied by a noisy holiday atmosphere, which all teams admire!
Annually, more than 150 teams from several dozen countries participate in the tournament. It first began to be held in 1991.
Regulations
All the teams are divided at the preliminary stage into groups of 4 and rarely from 3 or 5 teams. The first two places from each group go into the Play Off stage, and those who did not qualify play consolation games.
The winning team is entitled for five free places to stay next year. Winners in each age will awarded with Large cups. All participants are noticed with Small cups, medals and diplomas for participation. The most correct team receives the Fair Play prize. There are individual prizes for the title of top scorer and goalkeeper of the tournament in each age category.
The price includes:
- The discounts to entertainment
- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
- Free entrance to the disco
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 42 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 500 are transferred no later than - 10 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 42 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 90 days before the tournament starts - 40% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 60% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 10 days before the tournament starts - 90% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Girona airport is 18 per person one way.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Barcelona El Prat airport is 24 per person one way.
The approximately cost of all transfers from the residence to the competition venue is 42 per person.

The price includes :

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
