MADCUP Football Madrid

MADCUP, born in 2021 with the support of Atletico Madrid as an educational and sporting project, has set itself the goal of becoming one of the most colourful and sought-after international tournaments in the world. And already in the first three years, MADCUP has hosted several hundred teams from more than 30 countries, among them too many well-known clubs.
Regulations
The competition will be divided into a group stage, play-offs and finals. The groups consist of 4-5 participants playing against each other once in a round robin system. The first and second places in each group will qualify for the Gold round, the third and fourth places will advance to the Silver round, and the last team will continue to the Bronze final.
The champions and runners-up from all three rounds will be presented with cups and medals. In addition, the top players of the MadCup Gold stage will receive Best Player awards.

The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 45 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 30% are transferred no later than - 14 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 70 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 130 days before the tournament starts - 10% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 70 days before the tournament starts - 100% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Madrid-Barajas Airport is 15 per person one way.
The approximately cost of all transfers from the residence to the competition venue is 130 per person.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The organizer charges an additional Participant's Fee for each participant of the team that chooses Own accommodation.
As you stroll along Madrid's wide boulevards and green parks, don't miss the city's famous sights: the majestic Royal Palace, the wonderful Prado Museum with its rich collection of European art, the picturesque Puerta del Sol square and the cosy Retiro Park, as well as try local culinary delights: Tortilla or Cocido Madrileño.
