The opening stage features groups of mostly four squads, though some may have three or five. The best two teams from each group advance to the Play-Offs, while the remaining participants compete in classification matches.
The champions receive five complimentary accommodation spots for the following edition. The top three teams in each age group are awarded prestigious trophies, and every player receives a commemorative mini trophy, a medal, and a certificate. A Fair Play Prize is presented to one squad that demonstrates exemplary sportsmanship, and individual awards honour the tournament's best scorer and goalkeeper in each age category.

- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
- Free entrance to the disco
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 42 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 500 € are transferred no later than - 10 days after registration.
- 100% are transferred no later than - 42 days before the tournament starts.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 90 days before the tournament starts - 40% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 60% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.
- later than 10 days before the tournament starts - 90% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from Girona Airport is 18 € per person one way.
The approximate cost of a transfer from Barcelona El Prat Airport is 24 € per person one way.
The approximately cost of all transfers from the residence to the competition venue is 42 € per person.
