Welcome everyone to the annual Pura Vida Cup which is held in the beautiful resort of Jaco, Costa Rica. For those who love a lot of entertainment and noisy parties, we have the real place! All guests will be provided with comfortable all-inclusive accommodation. The participants of the tournament will get a great competition with teams from North and Central America.
In 2021, the tournament was held for the first time. The city of Jaco is quite young, conceived as a secluded, quiet place for surfing, but has gradually gained fame for a vibrant beach party life. Our mission is to unite teams from all over the World! Create an atmosphere of the Mini World Championship that will not only leave unforgettable memories, but also allow you to make new friends.
Regulations
The first two days are a preliminary group round, after which the first two teams qualify and play in the semi-finals and final on the last day. Unqualified teams play consolation matches. Out is kicked by the foot. A direct kick to goal from out is not allowed. The goalkeeper can throw the ball in his own half of the field. The ball thrown to the other half will be given to the opponent team.
Prize-winning teams are awarded with cups and medals. Players who excel in the tournament will receive MVP prizes.
The price includes:

- Free entrance to the stadium
- Free entrance to the opening ceremony and finals
The cost is specified with full board per person for specified number of nights. Applications from the teams are accepted no later than 60 days before the start of the tournament.
The team must pay for accommodation and meals expenses in the following order:
- 50% are transferred no later than - 55 days before the tournament.
- 100% are paid on the day of arrival.
The penalty for cancellation of the team's participation is:
- later than 30 days before the tournament starts - 50% of the full cost of food and accommodation expenses.

The approximate cost of a transfer from JSO Juan Santamaria International Airport is 18 per person one way.

Registration fee is not refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
You may not choose your own accommodation
In Jaco, you will find a large selection of bars, restaurants and entertainment for the whole family: fishing tours, scooter riding, horse riding and surf lessons that take up all your free time. You can stay a day longer and go hiking in wild forests such as the Kararu Nature Park, home to several hundred rare animals and birds from wild boars and raccoons to monkeys, deer and parrots.
